- Analyse and provide structured, written rationales for code quality and rankings
- Collaborate with the client´s teams to identify edge cases and improve model behaviour
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering
- Must have worked full-time at a Top 50 Tech Company : Minimum 1 year if US-based Minimum 2 years if based elsewhere (Top 50 Tech Companies list provided in screening)
- Experience as a Software Engineer (not Data Scientist) in these companies.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development , including: Building production-ready applications, Software architecture, design, and debugging, Code quality and peer review practices
- Citizen or valid work permit holder in the country of residence.
- Strict No-Gos Candidates with experience only as Data Scientists
- Contractor/part-time experience at top 50 companies, must have been employed there in the past
- Candidates without valid work permits
