Responsibilities
Implement the employer branding strategy and action plan
Contribute to fostering an organizational culture aligned with the FQM’s mission, vision, and values
Facilitate orientation sessions
Develop an onboarding process and tailor the onboarding journey to the position and the person hired
Follow up with employees and managers throughout the onboarding process
Train managers as needed
Identify internal communication opportunities in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing Department
Collaborate on the creation of HR content for social media
Organize events to promote the employer brand, attract talent, and foster employee engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or another relevant field
At least three (3) years of relevant human resources experience
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Excellent command of the main Microsoft Office tools and software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet), with the ability to adapt easily to new technologies
Demonstrated understanding of digital communication tools and social media
Excellent organizational skills
Comfortable speaking to audiences at corporate events
Ability to plan and coordinate activities and events
Any combination of education and professional experience, as well as any other experience deemed relevant, will be considered
