About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement the employer branding strategy and action plan
  • Contribute to fostering an organizational culture aligned with the FQM’s mission, vision, and values
  • Facilitate orientation sessions
  • Develop an onboarding process and tailor the onboarding journey to the position and the person hired
  • Follow up with employees and managers throughout the onboarding process
  • Train managers as needed
  • Identify internal communication opportunities in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing Department
  • Collaborate on the creation of HR content for social media
  • Organize events to promote the employer brand, attract talent, and foster employee engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or another relevant field
  • At least three (3) years of relevant human resources experience
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
  • Excellent command of the main Microsoft Office tools and software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet), with the ability to adapt easily to new technologies
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital communication tools and social media
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable speaking to audiences at corporate events
  • Ability to plan and coordinate activities and events
  • Any combination of education and professional experience, as well as any other experience deemed relevant, will be considered
