About the role

  • Bilingual Project Manager leading client-facing HRIS and Payroll integration projects. Collaborating with French and English-speaking teams at Flexspring.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client-facing HRIS and Payroll integration projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to define scope, requirements, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into structured documentation, including data mapping and integration flow diagrams.
  • Coordinate internal technical consultants and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.
  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes — particularly where payroll timing, compliance, or downstream financial reporting may be impacted.
  • Monitor project health, communicate progress clearly, and drive decision-making when trade-offs are required.
  • Support post-launch validation and ensure integrations are operating as expected in real-world environments.
  • Identify expansion or optimization opportunities and prepare change requests where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing environment (SaaS, implementations, integrations, or similar).
  • Fluency in both French & English (written and verbal).
  • Experience working with HRIS and/or Payroll systems, or leading projects where employee/payroll data is a core input/output.
  • Ability to lead the full project lifecycle: kickoff → discovery → delivery → go-live → stabilization.
  • Strong requirements facilitation skills: running workshops, capturing decisions, and translating needs into clear project deliverables and documentation.
  • Solid fundamentals in scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple concurrent projects.
  • High ownership and follow-through in a fully remote environment.
