About the role
- Program Manager managing Fortinet's Authorized Training Center program globally. Developing strategies and driving partner performance in cybersecurity training and certification.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the ATC program globally, serving as the primary point of contact for ATC partners.
- Develop and execute ATC strategy aligned with Fortinet sales priorities, partner strengths, and Fortinet Training Institute goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new ATC partners to expand geographic and market coverage to grow revenue.
- Drive ATC performance through regular business reviews, KPI tracking, and action plans to increase training delivery, certifications, and revenue impact.
- Partner closely with sales, channel, and partner teams to support pipeline, customer enablement, and partner-led training initiatives.
- Ensure ATCs are aligned with Fortinet certification updates, program requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify regional gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and proactively recommend improvements to program structure and execution.
- Implement automation and self-service capabilities within the ATC program to streamline reporting, onboarding, and partner support.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and personalized support for ATC partners.
- Support regional and global initiatives, including reporting, planning, and participation in key partner and training events.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in program management, partner management, or channel operations, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or education/training environments.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems, training providers, or certification programs.
- Strong understanding of sales and channel programs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across regions and time zones.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with executive-level presentation capability.
- Experience driving automation and leveraging AI tools to improve program efficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization.
