Responsibilities
Own and manage the ATC program globally, serving as the primary point of contact for ATC partners.
Develop and execute ATC strategy aligned with Fortinet sales priorities, partner strengths, and Fortinet Training Institute goals.
Recruit, onboard, and enable new ATC partners to expand geographic and market coverage to grow revenue.
Drive ATC performance through regular business reviews, KPI tracking, and action plans to increase training delivery, certifications, and revenue impact.
Partner closely with sales, channel, and partner teams to support pipeline, customer enablement, and partner-led training initiatives.
Ensure ATCs are aligned with Fortinet certification updates, program requirements, and quality standards.
Identify regional gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and proactively recommend improvements to program structure and execution.
Implement automation and self-service capabilities within the ATC program to streamline reporting, onboarding, and partner support.
Leverage AI tools to enhance data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and personalized support for ATC partners.
Support regional and global initiatives, including reporting, planning, and participation in key partner and training events.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in program management, partner management, or channel operations, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or education/training environments.
Experience working with partner ecosystems, training providers, or certification programs.
Strong understanding of sales and channel programs.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and initiatives across regions and time zones.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with executive-level presentation capability.
Experience driving automation and leveraging AI tools to improve program efficiency.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization.
