About the role
- Senior Talent Acquisition Partner shaping full-cycle recruitment for GE Vernova’s electrification services. Building diverse talent pipelines and advising leaders through data-driven hiring and complex offers.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage active and passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Serve as a GE Vernova brand ambassador across social media and targeted talent channels
- Assess candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and leadership potential
- Translate candidate motivations into compelling career narratives
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes across roles of varying complexity
- Maintain accurate and timely ATS data for reporting integrity
- Leverage market intelligence and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategy
- Lead compensation discussions and advise leaders on market benchmarks and offer strategy
- Ensure equitable, candidate-centered recruitment processes
- Apply Lean principles to identify process improvements and track KPIs
- Participate in talent acquisition projects to improve hiring standards
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on recruitment strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, HR, or talent attraction
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, complex offer management, and stakeholder advisory
- Bilingual fluency in English and French, written and spoken
- Experience in field services, customer operations, renewable energy, or high-volume environments (preferred)
- Ability to build, segment, and nurture passive candidate pipelines using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform (preferred)
- Experience with Workday or a comparable ATS (preferred)
- Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments (preferred)
- Prompt engineering skills for AI sourcing and screening tools (preferred)
