Provide technical support to clients in the Rivière‑du‑Loup area, both remotely and on-site
Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, networks, and infrastructure

Identify optimization opportunities and propose appropriate solutions
Requirements
College diploma (DEC) in Computer Science, vocational diploma (DEP) in IT Support, or other relevant training
Experience in technical support, ideally in an SME environment
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites
Own a vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
Demonstrated autonomy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service approach and good communication skills
Approximately 3 years of IT support experience; open to junior candidates who are autonomous and able to learn quickly
