About the role

Responsibilities
- Process complete payroll for multiple employers (regular and CCQ [Quebec Construction Commission])
- Ensure payroll compliance with applicable standards and legislation
- Produce Records of Employment (ROEs)
- Prepare government remittances
- Prepare CCQ reports
- Participate in year-end processes
- Prepare various payroll-related reports
- Maintain documentation of employer and employee files
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in Accounting or Business Administration
- Accreditation with the Canadian Payroll Association (e.g., Payroll Compliance Practitioner) (an asset)
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of MagikPay (an asset)
- Bilingual (French/English, spoken and written)
- Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail
