Responsibilities
- Support product development and commercialization projects from concept through launch and post-launch activities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers.
- Coordinate project activities across multiple concurrent programs and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Track project progress and proactively communicate potential delays, risks, or issues.
- Escalate concerns appropriately and support timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables align with stage-gate requirements.
- Support a culture of accountability, organization, and execution excellence.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial teams to support project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in STEM or any other related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, management or product development or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is considered an asset
- Experience in consumer electronics, cannabis, medical device, or other regulated industries considered an asset.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
