About the role

  • Senior IAM Project Manager overseeing execution and health of identity projects for major enterprise client accounts. Leading cross-functional teams and leveraging AI in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end health, timeline, and delivery of multiple concurrent IAM projects, ensuring high client satisfaction and execution excellence.
  • Utilize your IAM project experience to proactively spot technical and logistical dependencies, mitigate project risks before they impact timelines, and identify new delivery opportunities.
  • Take ownership of project health, including tracking burn rates, managing Statement of Work (SOW) compliance, managing scope creep, and ensuring milestones signoffs are achieved.
  • Lead and support the cross-functional identity teams (Architects, Analysts, and Engineers) assigned to your projects, removing roadblocks to keep them focused and efficient.
  • Adapt effortlessly to various project delivery frameworks—whether driving agile delivery/Scrum ceremonies, navigating traditional Waterfall milestones, or executing hybrid frameworks based on client preference.
  • Proactively explore and utilize AI tools to automate project status reporting, summarize complex meeting outputs, analyze delivery metrics, and optimize project predictability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a heavy emphasis on successfully leading enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM, IGA, or CIAM) initiatives.
  • Strong, functional familiarity with the IAM landscape and market-leading technologies (such as Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID).
  • Expert-level understanding of both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven ability to combine them into effective hybrid delivery frameworks.
  • A forward-thinking approach to project operations. You welcome the opportunity to integrate AI into your daily PM toolkit to reduce administrative overhead and improve project forecasting.
  • A University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Active PMP or relevant certifications are highly recommended.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You are comfortable steering challenging project conversations with corporate executives and technical teams alike.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.
