Bilingual Virtual Territory Manager representing pharmaceutical brands to healthcare professionals across Canada. Driving product recommendations, sales, market share, and program KPIs through virtual engagement.
Responsibilities
Communicate virtually or by telephone with healthcare professionals nationwide to represent partner pharmaceutical brands and deliver key messages
Conduct outbound telephone and/or virtual calls to increase product recommendations, sales, and market share
Communicate key sales messages in accordance with the client-approved strategy, action plan, and training, using approved marketing tools
Plan and execute virtual lunch-and-learn sessions with targeted healthcare professionals
Meet and exceed program key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage relationships with key influencers and healthcare professionals within the territory
Research territory targets, identify key stakeholders, map stakeholders, and generate interest during each interaction
Assess business opportunities and manage the territory in line with call activity expectations
Build client relationships and identify customer and patient needs
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Enter key call information into the CRM system and submit daily call activity
Maintain regular contact with key influencers, the client, and Inizio Engage business units
Support the retention of existing business and promote additional services by providing qualified information and opportunities
Maintain a professional team environment and participate in meetings and training
Participate in client-organized training sessions
Submit program-related expenses through Concur
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; science preferred
Sales experience is an asset (minimum 1–2 years)
Fluently bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and ability to analyze sales trends
Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
Established reputation as a top performer with high integrity
Energetic, self-motivated, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills
