About the role

  • Virtual Territory Manager engaging Canadian healthcare professionals by phone and video. Delivering pharmaceutical brand messaging, managing territories and exceeding client KPIs remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Healthcare Professionals and clinic/pharmacy/hospital stakeholders through outbound phone and virtual calls on behalf of pharmaceutical clients
  • Deliver key selling messages using client-approved strategies, plans of action, training, marketing tools and materials
  • Plan and execute virtual lunch and learn sessions with target HCPs
  • Meet and exceed program-related KPIs
  • Manage relationships with key influencers and HCPs in the territory
  • Research territory targets, identify key players, stakeholder map and generate interest through interactions
  • Assess business opportunities, manage territory and meet call activity expectations
  • Build rapport with customers and identify customer and patient needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Capture call information and submit daily call activity in the CRM
  • Maintain relationships with clients and Inizio Engage business units through regular touch points
  • Support existing business and promote additional services by providing insights and qualified opportunities
  • Participate in team, department and client-led meetings and training
  • Submit applicable program expenses through the Concur expense management system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, science preferred
  • Experience in sales an asset (minimum 1- 2 years)
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry
  • Proven sales track record of goal achievement and ability to analyze sale trends
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
  • Energetic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external business stakeholders
  • Able to prioritize and plan territory coverage
  • Business acumen and entrepreneurial skills
  • Professionalism, autonomous and team player
  • Excellent customer service and patient centric focused
  • Tech and digital savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
