About the role
- Recruiter running full-cycle hiring across startup functions for InTandem Talent's client portfolio. Building sourcing strategies, managing clients, and delivering strong candidate experiences remotely from Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruitment for startup clients across a variety of functions and levels
- Build sourcing strategies tailored to each role
- Manage client relationships with warmth and clarity
- Deliver positive candidate experiences, including for candidates not selected
- Use AI tools and modern recruiting technology in everyday workflows
- Share recruiting technology learnings with the team
- Juggle multiple active searches and shifting priorities while maintaining quality
- Own searches end-to-end from intake to offer close
Requirements
- Recruitment experience as a generalist, comfortable moving across functions
- Hands-on sourcing track record
- Comfort with AI tools and recruiting technology
- Willingness to keep learning what's next
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Based in Ontario
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
