About the role

  • Senior Project Manager leading complex customer implementations for Irth Solutions, a software product company. Managing budgets, risks, stakeholders, and delivery across enterprise-scale data platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex projects and programs supporting successful customer implementation, deployment, and adoption of Irth's software platform
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, and success metrics
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and execute mitigation and resolution plans
  • Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, changes, and progress to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Irth customers and internal teams
  • Manage customer expectations and relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and identify additional resources needed for implementation and customer issues
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using project management and change-control practices
  • Ensure deliverables, SOPs, internal processes, and client-facing documentation remain accurate and aligned with company objectives
  • Track project outcomes, ROI, and customer success metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, customer experience, and internal processes
  • Drive projects through successful completion and achievement of customer business outcomes

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, preferably within Professional Services at a software or SaaS company
  • Experience partnering with external customers and cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
  • Excellent customer engagement, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project prioritization abilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously
  • Experience managing customer escalations at all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of project financials, including revenue, costs, budgets, profitability, and margins
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices
  • Experience developing, implementing, maintaining, and following repeatable project management processes and methodologies
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, manage dependencies, and drive successful project outcomes
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Preferred: experience in the Oil & Gas industry or broader Energy sector
  • Preferred: experience with contract locators or related field-service stakeholders
  • Preferred: experience managing complex Energy-sector stakeholder relationships
  • Preferred: familiarity with enterprise software implementations and platforms supporting field operations or infrastructure management
