About the role

  • Marketing & Growth Manager building JOLT’s U.S. advertising business across media, EV technology and data. Developing demand generation, sales enablement and B2B content from Toronto.

Responsibilities

  • Help build JOLT’s U.S. advertising business and shape go-to-market strategy
  • Support JOLT’s international-market projects from Toronto
  • Work with Marketing, Media Sales and senior commercial leaders to grow JOLT’s presence with advertisers, agencies, media planners and buyers
  • Develop targeted, data-led marketing initiatives, including prospect engagement and account-based programs
  • Partner with Media Sales to understand client needs, opportunities and commercial priorities
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, case studies and go-to-market materials
  • Support launches and growth initiatives for new data/technology capabilities, partnerships and priority advertiser categories
  • Generate awareness, engagement, leads and commercial opportunities
  • Identify priority audiences, accounts and categories and develop engagement programs
  • Measure performance with data and continually optimise marketing activities
  • Develop content and communications for advertisers, agencies and media decision-makers
  • Drive LinkedIn, newsletters and other B2B channels
  • Turn campaigns, data, insights and industry trends into content and client stories
  • Take projects from opportunity through execution and measurable impact

Requirements

  • Around 4–7 years of experience across marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, B2B marketing, content, sales enablement, media or advertising
  • Comfortable with pace, change and ambiguity
  • Organised and outcomes-focused; able to learn quickly and work without every step mapped out
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
  • Commercial curiosity and interest in understanding the reasons behind the work
  • Experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial or scale-up environment highly valued
  • Confidence using AI and automation; comfortable experimenting with new tools and building repeatable workflows
  • Understanding of the advertising, marketing and media ecosystem
  • Experience across media, ad tech, digital advertising, programmatic or DOOH is a strong advantage, or demonstrated eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable with Salesforce, Braze, LinkedIn, Canva, Figma, Photoshop and lead generation/prospecting tools
  • Content creation experience, including video production, is a bonus
  • Strong eye for design
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications, advertising, PR or media preferred
