About the role

  • Software Training Specialist training energy companies in Land Acquisition and Management software. Collaborating with teams to enhance user learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training on our Land Acquisition and Management software, both remotely and in person
  • Assess training needs and collaborate with project teams to design and deliver effective learning experiences
  • Tailor training for clients ranging from small organizations to large enterprises
  • Translate real-world Land workflows into practical, easy-to-understand software training
  • Stay closely aligned with our Land Product teams to remain current on product updates and features
  • Continuously deepen your knowledge of the Pandell-ESG platform and evolving functionality
  • Maintain and improve training materials, documentation, and learning resources
  • Identify opportunities to enhance training content and delivery based on client feedback and experience
  • Work cross-functionally with implementation, support, and product teams to ensure training supports customer success

Requirements

  • Strong Land industry knowledge and understanding of Land workflows
  • A natural ability to teach, guide, and connect with people
  • Talent for explaining complex software clearly and simply
  • Confidence leading both small and large training sessions, in person or virtually
  • Ability to learn new software features quickly and translate them into practical training content
  • Interest in shaping and improving training materials and curriculum
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • 2+ years of software training experience
  • 2+ years working in or alongside Land industry professionals
