Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
Engage with and build relationships with mid-market customers.
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Proactively identify customer needs and provide innovative solutions.
Conduct quarterly customer satisfaction reviews and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Simultaneously manage customer inquiries, demonstrations, proposals, and follow-ups.
Use Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other sales systems.
Accurately manage the pipeline and forecast monthly and quarterly expansion opportunities within +/- 15% accuracy.
Accurately and promptly document customer interactions, contracts, and progress.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and contribute to building something new.
Requirements
At least 4 years of sales experience, including significant experience in account management or a similar role serving the mid-market segment.
Demonstrated ability to grow customer accounts and drive revenue growth in a B2B sales environment.
Ability to successfully lead large-scale projects, understand complex sales cycles, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
Proven ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and lead quarterly business reviews.
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving commercial environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Open-mindedness and a willingness to improve through coaching and learn more about customers’ industries.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field.
Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, DiscoverOrg, etc. (strongly preferred).
Experience with startups and entrepreneurial organizations (strongly preferred).
Experience with CMMS or facilities operations software (strongly preferred).
Proven success working remotely (strongly preferred).
Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
