About the role

  • Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer responsible for maintaining accurate payroll and accounts transactions. Working within SAE North America to support financial operations in a hybrid work setting.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions and employee expense reports
  • Prepare and process payrolls and ensure timely payments
  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external vendors
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation and documentation

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Demonstrated administrative/organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity
