Responsibilities
Contribute to company-wide Compensation programs that attract, retain and recognize top talent
Partner with HR and business leaders as a trusted advisor on pay programs and strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
Build stakeholder relationships and translate priorities into practical compensation solutions
Deliver annual salary reviews and incentive programs through planning, coordination and advanced Excel use
Collaborate across teams to design and communicate compensation initiatives balancing business needs with employee experience
Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize compensation practices for scalability and business growth
Provide education and resources so leaders and employees understand the approach to pay
Support job evaluations, role documentation and maintenance of Total Rewards policies
Requirements
Diploma or degree in HR or a related field
Progress toward the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
CHRP/CHRL considered an asset
7+ years of progressive compensation experience
Solid knowledge of compensation principles and legislation
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas and influence others
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
