Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of complex and highly innovative engineering programs from concept through delivery
- Develop and manage detailed program schedules, risk assessments, and status reporting for stakeholders and leadership
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the program lifecycle
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including hardware, firmware, and test to align deliverables and dependencies
- Support system integration and testing, ensuring high standards for product maturity, reliability, and scalability
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and cross-team collaboration
- Interface with external vendors, manufacturing partners, and regulatory authorities as needed to support program success
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in program management within product-driven tech companies
- Solid understanding of waterfall, agile and lean project management methodologies
- Proven track-record of improving delivery performance in multi-team environments
- Strong analytical and organizational skills - you know how to forecast capacity and measure throughput
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence peers and leaders without formal authority
- Ability to travel to support the globally operated projects if needed
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a drive to make programs in an innovative and complex environment run smoothly
- PMP (program management professional) as certified by PMI (program management institute) or similar
