About the role
- Associate Program Manager supporting patient and provider services as well as pharma commercialization in Canada. Requires bilingualism and project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an assigned territory caseload as a case manager
- Ongoing management of designated projects
- Monitoring
- Adherence to protocols
- Documentation of case files (electronic and paper)
- Database use and ensuring accuracy of collected information
- Telephone calls to verify content accuracy and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Participation in client consultations
- Identify training needs based on monitoring and provide refresher training as required
- Provide support and act as a backup for the manager
- Client reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry (or similar)
- Bilingual (English and French) required
- Project management experience is an asset
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
