About the role

  • Associate Program Manager supporting patient and provider services as well as pharma commercialization in Canada. Requires bilingualism and project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an assigned territory caseload as a case manager
  • Ongoing management of designated projects
  • Monitoring
  • Adherence to protocols
  • Documentation of case files (electronic and paper)
  • Database use and ensuring accuracy of collected information
  • Telephone calls to verify content accuracy and maintain proper phone etiquette
  • Participation in client consultations
  • Identify training needs based on monitoring and provide refresher training as required
  • Provide support and act as a backup for the manager
  • Client reporting

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry (or similar)
  • Bilingual (English and French) required
  • Project management experience is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
