About the role

  • Senior Solutions Architect spearheading the launch of an AI-native software development platform. Collaborating with design partners and engineering to drive product evolution and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical relationship with design partners and prospects. Lead discovery and solution design to turn interest into long-term adoption.
  • Serve as the bridge to Product and Engineering by synthesizing customer signals and workflow gaps to drive the product’s evolution.
  • Partner with Sales to develop the playbook, defining positioning, demo narratives, qualification criteria, and competitive framing based on real-world conversations.
  • Build and maintain demo environments, reference architectures, integration prototypes, and sample code that showcase the product’s credibility.
  • Act as a peer to senior engineering leaders and executives, delivering tailored technical workshops and briefings alongside handling complex architectural questions, security objections, and RFP-style technical requirements.
  • As the product matures, hand off processes and assets to the broader organization, ensuring the next wave of SEs can ramp quickly.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or architecture at a developer tools, platform, or infrastructure company, with a track record of co-owning revenue.
  • Comfortable writing code and scripting to stand up integrations. You have solid fluency in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD.
  • A deep understanding of how AI is reshaping the SDLC. You have hands-on experience building with AI agents and can speak credibly about prompt optimization and agentic workflows.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the proactivity to create clarity in undefined situations. You are a self-starter who drives outcomes without a pre-existing playbook.
  • Exceptional demo and communication skills; you can take a nascent feature and turn it into a compelling business outcome for a technical audience.
  • Experience juggling multiple high-stakes design partners and internal stakeholders simultaneously.
  • A team-first mindset that allows you to operate autonomously while making those around you better through shared insights and cross-functional alignment.
