About the role

  • Director of Marketing shaping Revaly’s Payment Performance Management category and go-to-market strategy. Driving demand generation, sales enablement, and revenue growth for payments infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Own Revaly’s marketing and go-to-market strategy, connecting company and product priorities to measurable pipeline, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead product marketing across current and future Revaly offerings, translating complex payment technology and product capabilities into positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
  • Build and evolve the Payment Performance Management category story through narratives, market education, and thought leadership.
  • Own product launches and go-to-market programs from strategy through execution.
  • Develop competitive positioning and market intelligence.
  • Lead demand generation strategy across digital, content, email, SDR, field marketing, and owned channels.
  • Partner with Sales on enablement materials, talk tracks, battle cards, customer stories, and outbound assets.
  • Lead content and executive thought leadership strategy.
  • Drive co-marketing programs with strategic partners, platforms, issuers, and channel relationships.
  • Lead field marketing initiatives including conferences, webinars, roundtables, customer events, and executive engagement programs.
  • Establish marketing KPIs, attribution, reporting, and operating rhythms tied to engagement, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Build scalable marketing systems, processes, automation workflows, and AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists.
  • Serve as Marketing’s strategic voice across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in payments, fintech, payment infrastructure, or complex B2B technology.
  • Strong knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including merchant and issuer needs, payment approval challenges, and connecting technology.
  • Track record translating complex technical products into clear positioning, differentiated messaging, customer value propositions, and go-to-market programs.
  • Experience owning product marketing across launches, market and customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and adoption.
  • Experience building or shaping an emerging market category.
  • Experience leading and developing a team of marketing specialists.
  • Demonstrated experience building integrated B2B demand generation programs and connecting marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience with marketing KPIs, funnel reporting, attribution, and performance measurement.
  • Experience partnering with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and executive teams.
  • Familiarity or curiosity with AI-powered productivity tools.
  • Calm, confident communication and ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
