About the role

  • Director of Marketing driving full-funnel demand, product-led growth, and positioning for Wiza's B2B prospecting platform. Building marketing programs and team capacity across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Wiza's marketing strategy and drive the next phase of growth
  • Own full-funnel demand from awareness to closed revenue across organic, paid, content, lifecycle, and product-led channels
  • Own sourced and influenced pipeline and direct external paid-media partners
  • Sharpen positioning and messaging across prospecting, list building, CRM enrichment, upkeep, and API use cases
  • Lead product marketing and launches to educate customers and the market about new platform capabilities
  • Partner with Product to improve product-led growth and convert free users to paid users, individuals to teams, and developers to API spend
  • Help select new market segments and build programs to reach them
  • Partner with RevOps on attribution, funnel conversion, cost per opportunity, and signup-to-customer measurement
  • Present marketing metrics to GTM leadership monthly and set the agenda
  • Build a high-performing marketing team, with an open headcount available on day one

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, with real depth in demand generation and ownership of a full funnel
  • Experience marketing a product with both a sales-led and a self-serve motion
  • Track record of building from 0 to 1: campaigns, pages, launches, and programs designed and shipped, with measurable results
  • Strong product marketing instincts and ability to turn technical capabilities into buyer-focused stories
  • Fluency in HubSpot, paid channels, SEO tooling, web platforms such as Webflow, and analytics
  • Experience building AI workflows with Claude or similar and a point of view on AI's impact on marketing
  • Comfort answering questions independently in HubSpot or a BI tool
  • Leadership skills and a strong instinct for the skill set needed in a first hire
