About the role

  • Business Development Manager driving new B2B technology business through self-generated enterprise sales. Owning prospecting, pitching, negotiation and closing with C-suite decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: cold prospecting, engagement, pitch, discovery, objection handling, negotiation and close
  • Build your own pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, email outreach, networking, referrals and lead-generation campaigns
  • Engage directly with C-suite decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs and CISOs
  • Personally pitch, negotiate and close every opportunity you generate
  • Track and report on outbound activity, meetings, qualified opportunities and conversion rates
  • Build steady pipeline and revenue across the year, not just around one or two big events

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English (must)
  • A proven record of closing new business yourself
  • Ability to state your revenue closed in the last 12 months, average deal size and conversion rate
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle, from self-generated prospects to signed contract
  • Background in B2B SaaS/technology sales, or in B2B sponsorship, conference or events sales
  • Credibility selling directly to C-suite and enterprise decision-makers
  • Experience across multiple outbound channels
  • Not suitable for account management, customer success, inbound sales, or SDR/BDR profiles where someone else closes

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package
  • Fully remote, from any location
  • Earning opportunities all year, backed by regular events and commercial activity
  • A real path into leadership, with the chance to build and lead a team
  • SDR support for senior hires
