Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day guidance/coaching to Research Assistants and Rating Analysts, building capability in credit, data discipline, and tooling and reinforcing values-led behaviors.
Drive consistency/scalability by codifying standard work and promoting disciplined adoption to strengthen trusted, repeatable insights.
Strengthen AI-enabled productivity by creating reusable assets and proposing lightweight automations that free capacity for human analysis and relationship work.
Foster continuous improvement by proposing enhancements that remove manual steps without compromising governance or judgement.
Lead end-to-end execution for assigned credits, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery across priorities with clear accountability.
Requirements
Three to five years of experience in project finance and/or infrastructure finance (ratings, banking, advisory, investing, or credit) strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of infrastructure project structures and documentation (e.g., concession/PPP agreements, EPC and O&M contracts, offtake or availability-payment frameworks, financing terms).
Strong financial analysis skills, including cash flow modeling /interpretation, ratio and covenant analysis, and accounting fundamentals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. A master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA) is highly valued.
