Student, Solution Architect role at Sun Life developing infrastructure architecture capabilities. Working with a team to create solutions that enhance client experiences.

Responsibilities

Support the Infrastructure Architecture team in the creation of solutions, conducting analysis
Demonstrate forward thinking about business needs and technology support
Contribute to establishing and promoting practical best practices for infrastructure technology
Collaborate with the broader enterprise architecture team
Develop knowledge of current infrastructure portfolios across geographies
Support a variety of operational processes and create documentation
Create proof of concepts for various technical concepts and document solutions

Enrolled in 2nd year or later of a university computer science, engineering or other technically-focused degree program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
Experience with AWS (including Bedrock), GenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, and OpenAI Technologies
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and team building skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Excellent problem analysis and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to express ideas, thoughts, and information clearly
Prior experience working in a matrixed or virtual environment
