About the role

  • Senior Product Marketing Manager positioning Tempo’s AI-native enterprise productivity platform and full software suite. Building go-to-market programs, launches, and sales enablement for complex B2B SaaS buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop persona-specific messaging and positioning for C-suite executives, strategy and PMO leaders, product leaders, IT leaders, and digital and AI transformation leaders
  • Build narratives across multiple industry verticals promoting the full Tempo product suite
  • Design and run integrated go-to-market programs and launches, including audience definition, storytelling, asset creation, cross-functional alignment, and post-launch measurement
  • Partner with Product Management and Finance on pricing and packaging strategy
  • Create sales enablement assets including pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, discovery frameworks, ROI and business case tools, and seller training
  • Partner with Partner Marketing on better-together narratives and co-marketing programs
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to translate messaging into campaigns and optimize funnel performance
  • Gather market insight through customer interviews, sales feedback, competitive tracking, and positioning validation
  • Guide design partner and customer advisor engagement and incorporate learnings into messaging, enablement, and advocacy content
  • Build and mature a repeatable launch tiering framework and cross-functional launch process
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, competitive analysis, content production, workflow automation, and data insights
  • Influence the product roadmap by bringing market and buyer insight to Product Management

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with a strong solutions marketing background
  • Proven track record developing persona- and vertical-specific messaging for audiences ranging from practitioners to the C-suite
  • Experience building and running go-to-market programs and product launches that drove measurable pipeline or revenue
  • Experience creating sales enablement assets and training for teams selling into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Collaborative experience working across Product, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Growth Marketing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex products easy to understand
  • Experience designing repeatable, scalable marketing processes, including launch frameworks, playbooks, or operating models
  • Comfort using AI tools for research, competitive analysis, and content production
