About the role

  • Senior Director of Product Marketing shaping positioning, launches, and packaging for ProShop ERP and Chip. Helping precision manufacturers adopt AI-powered execution and compliance software.

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing end to end as the senior-most and only product marketer
  • Set go-to-market strategy and tiering for launches ranging from category launches to release notes
  • Orchestrate Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute launches
  • Own product vocabulary, naming, bundling, packaging, and partner on pricing decisions
  • Introduce product changes to the existing install base clearly
  • Lead competitor monitoring, win-loss analysis, and sales battlecards
  • Feed market and competitive intelligence into marketing and product strategies
  • Partner with Product on first-party research and early-access customer cohorts
  • Turn customer insights into positioning, published evidence, and product influence
  • Own portfolio-level positioning, value identification, and messaging across ProShop and Chip
  • Maintain consistent messaging across the website, demos, and renewal conversations
  • Own strategic narrative, demo framing, objection handling, and proof points for go-to-market teams
  • Partner with GTM Enablement on delivery and certification
  • Use AI for research, drafting, competitive monitoring, call analysis, reporting, and operational scale
  • Define metrics connecting product marketing to pipeline and revenue
  • Report launch performance, win rates, field message adoption, and insights
  • Shape the product marketing function and establish its operating rhythm

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
  • At least 3 years leading the function or a major portfolio
  • Track record of successful product marketing in a high-growth tech company
  • Player-coach experience shipping launches, decks, and positioning
  • Experience owning and scaling a product marketing function
  • Strong command of B2B buyer journeys, personas, and value-based messaging
  • Ability to translate technical products into business outcomes
  • Direct experience marketing an AI or data-driven product to a non-technical buyer
  • Established use of AI for research, drafting, analysis, competitive monitoring, and more
  • Comfort driving pricing and packaging decisions
  • Executive presence and exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with or marketing to machine shops, manufacturers, or industrial organizations highly desirable
  • Familiarity with CMMC, ITAR, or AS9100 is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Must be located in the United States or Canada; candidates in California, New York, and Quebec will not be considered
  • Reliable internet capable of handling video calls
  • Space for confidential calls
