About the role

GTM Engineer building Uncapped’s multi-channel outbound engine for e-commerce financing. Owning deliverability, prospecting data, GTM tools, analytics and SDR enablement.

Responsibilities

Own outbound end-to-end, from sending infrastructure and deliverability through to targeting data
Own domains, mailboxes, warmup, rotation and SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication
Monitor inbox placement and scale sending volume without burning domains
Build list-building and enrichment waterfalls using Clay or equivalent
Integrate hiring, funding, storefront, marketplace and intent signals into prospecting
Build ICP models, scoring frameworks and segmentation logic
Equip SDRs with tooling, playbooks and data insights
Consolidate and own the GTM stack, including HubSpot, sequencing, enrichment and intent tools
Track and report the funnel from send to reply, meeting and pipeline
Improve outbound performance through experimentation
Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, RevOps and Partnerships on GTM strategy

4+ years in GTM, growth, RevOps or sales development operations
Personally built and run outbound campaigns end to end
Ability to explain tooling, sending volumes, deliverability setup, reply rates, meeting rates and campaign improvements
Knowledge of domains, mailboxes, sending volume and inbox placement monitoring
Hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools
Experience with at least one sequencer, such as Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach or Apollo
Experience with a CRM
Experience with enrichment and intent providers
Comfortable with SQL, APIs, webhooks and light scripting for GTM work
Willingness to work collaboratively with SDRs and AEs
Must be eligible to work in the USA, Canada or Europe without visa sponsorship
