About the role

  • HR Payroll Coordinator at Vantive handling payroll and HR functions to support a mission-driven company. Manage payroll and benefits for staff, ensuring compliance and support for new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees (approx 200)
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks, maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies
  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and changes
  • Facilitate onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures following legal requirements
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and liaise with global centers of excellence

Requirements

  • College Diploma in HR Management, Accounting or Business Administration
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits or HR
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills; flexible and inclusive
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Expert in MS Excel
  • Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
  • Health care, pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred
  • Global organization experience preferred
  • Prior experience with Dayforce, Workday
