Responsibilities
Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees (approx 200)
Prepare and distribute paychecks, maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies
Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and changes
Facilitate onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures following legal requirements
Maintain accurate HRIS data and liaise with global centers of excellence
Requirements
College Diploma in HR Management, Accounting or Business Administration
1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits or HR
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills; flexible and inclusive
Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Expert in MS Excel
Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
Health care, pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred
Global organization experience preferred
Prior experience with Dayforce, Workday
