About the role

Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage payroll for all employees (approx 200)
- Prepare and distribute paychecks, maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies
- Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and changes
- Facilitate onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures following legal requirements
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and liaise with global centers of excellence
Requirements
- College Diploma in HR Management, Accounting or Business Administration
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits or HR
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills; flexible and inclusive
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Expert in MS Excel
- Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree, Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)
- Health care, pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience preferred
- Global organization experience preferred
- Prior experience with Dayforce, Workday
