- Improve existing systems through thoughtful refactoring and simplification.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and modern tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Comfortable working across multiple languages and frameworks
- Strong fundamentals in backend development and modern frontend practices
- Experience shipping real features to real users
- Experience with A|B testing and experimentation
- Ability to operate independently and make pragmatic decisions
- Experience working within cloud-hosted environments
- Bonus: Experience with Python, Typescript, or React
- Background in online communities or high-traffic consumer apps
- Interest in integrating AI-driven workflows
