About the role

  • Manager, Learning & Development Programs – design and deliver leadership development programs end-to-end for a leading Canadian retailer. Hybrid in GTA.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enterprise leadership development programs from strategy through facilitation, partner with senior leaders and HR teams to build leadership capability, lead large-scale initiatives such as leadership labs and executive programs, and facilitate sessions with senior leadership audiences.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in leadership development (not just training/design support), proven ability to build programs end-to-end, strong executive presence and facilitation skills, experience in large, complex organizations.
