About the role

  • Oversee campaign-related inquiries and operational tasks to support customer growth and retention in retail banking.

Responsibilities

  • The Operations Manager-Segments & Growth/Retail Banking will resolve branch and Virtual Connect inquiries and escalations related to customer campaigns and offers, develop and maintain operational dashboards, update monthly metrics and management reports, ensure process documentation is accurate, propose and implement workflow improvements, collaborate with various business units, and support the development of management reports and operational materials.

Requirements

  • 5+ years retail banking experience in Product, Operations, Process Management, Branch Banking, or Customer Service; strong understanding of retail banking products and business processes; Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; proactive risk awareness and control mindset; proficient in MS Office tools.
