Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide digital health transformation programs. Manage integrated program plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies. Develop executive presentations, governance materials, and strategic roadmaps. Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendor partners. Drive program governance, implementation tracking, and reporting. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Program Management experience. Experience leading large enterprise transformation initiatives. Strong Digital Health or Healthcare experience. Executive-level communication and presentation skills. Expertise in governance, strategic planning, and stakeholder management. PMP, Agile, or related certifications are considered an asset.
