About the role

  • Program Manager for AI HR Modernization. Hybrid role in Toronto overseeing enterprise projects, managing teams, and ensuring delivery alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program strategy from inception to close-out, including operations transition, business planning, and benefits realization. Manage multidisciplinary teams, including multiple Project Managers and matrix staff. Monitor and manage cost, risk, schedule, governance, and technical performance. Provide program/portfolio oversight of interdependencies and external risks. Coach and develop talent while fostering stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

  • Must-Have Skills: Experience with Human Capital Management or HR modernization projects. Proven ability to translate executive expectations into program deliverables. Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including multiple Project Managers. Expertise in program strategy, lifecycle management, and benefits identification. Desirable: Expert knowledge of PMLC and SDLC. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
