About the role

  • Program Manager for Work-Connected Recovery Program, leading care coordination for injured workers across Nova Scotia. Manages provider network, uses data for decisions, and ensures efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the centralized coordination engine that connects injured workers with the right care at the right time across a province-wide network of providers. Make sure people don't fall through the cracks in care coordination. Ensure injured workers are matched quickly to the right providers. Keep a large provider network aligned, accountable, and performing. Turn data into action so decisions are faster and better. Solve issues before they become barriers for patients or providers. Help ensure billing, reporting, and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Thrives in complexity and brings order to moving parts. Cares about outcomes, not just operations. Can confidently manage stakeholders at multiple levels. Knows how to use data to drive decisions (not just report on it). Has experience in healthcare operations, rehab, disability management, or large service networks.

Benefits

  • Because your work actually shows up in people's recovery journeys. Because you'll see the impact of what you build. Because it's challenging in the best possible way.
