Responsibilities
- Program Manager – Senior role for Supply Ontario managing electronic health-related projects, ideally with experience in pharmacy management systems. Responsible for working with medication data workflows within provincial/federal organizations and pharmacies, managing large multi-project programs in the healthcare system, and applying project management concepts including goals, risk, scope, planning, scheduling, and quality management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years experience with medication data workflows within provincial, federal organizations and/or pharmacies
- Minimum 8-10 years experience project managing electronic health-related projects, ideally with pharmacy management systems
- Minimum 5-6 years experience working with large, multi-project programs in the healthcare system
- Minimum 8-10 years experience with project management concepts (goals, risk, scope, roles, planning, scheduling, quality management)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong stakeholder engagement
- Excellent time management, ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience managing projects/programs in Matrix organizational environments
