- Hiring: Program UAT Lead in Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Must have banking domain experience and UAT leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead User Acceptance Testing activities across complex enterprise programs, including creating UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, coordinating business users, managing defect management, test execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple workstreams and work with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.

- Strong Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise programs; extensive experience leading UAT activities across complex programs; banking domain experience; experience creating UAT strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and coordinating business users; hands-on experience with defect management, test execution, reporting, and stakeholder communication; experience managing end-to-end testing lifecycle across multiple workstreams; experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams; excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
