About the role
- Senior Manager, Product Operations role driving operational excellence across Product and Engineering. Builds scalable systems, AI workflows, and processes to improve team velocity and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale product operations frameworks (e.g., OKRs, planning cadences, execution tracking). Design and implement scalable systems and processes. Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows. Own and optimize product and engineering tooling ecosystem. Build and maintain resource planning and capacity models. Lead cross-functional operational initiatives. Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards. Partner with Technical Product Managers and Engineering teams. Continuously identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in product operations, program management, business operations, or similar role. Strong systems thinking and first-principles approach. Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or building internal systems. Experience with product development processes, Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira. Strong analytical and financial acumen. Highly organized with exceptional project management skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority. Strong communication skills.
