About the role
- Senior Program Manager needed for a 12-month contract in Toronto to lead audit remediation and establish a Patching Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Program Manager will own two critical workstreams: Audit Remediation Closure and Patching Centre of Excellence (CoE) Stand-up. Responsibilities include driving audit findings to closure, establishing governance frameworks, coordinating across 30+ infrastructure teams, engaging with executive stakeholders, and transitioning remediation activities into a sustainable governance function.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience; strong background in financial services or large regulated environments; proven experience with audit remediation or regulatory response programs; experience with IT controls, infrastructure governance, or technology risk; ability to build structured delivery plans from ambiguous requirements; strong executive stakeholder management; experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint; PMP is an asset.
