Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise programs or transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and executive-level communications. Strong understanding of governance, risk management, budgeting, and program delivery methodologies. Experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or operational modernization programs. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business and technical concepts effectively. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are considered an asset.
