About the role
- Hiring Sr Program Manager for hybrid contract role in Vancouver, BC. Requires 8+ years managing enterprise programs and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale enterprise programs or transformation initiatives, handle complex stakeholder environments and executive-level communications, oversee governance, risk management, budgeting, and program delivery, and lead enterprise technology, digital transformation, or operational modernization programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise programs or transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and executive-level communications. Strong understanding of governance, risk management, budgeting, and program delivery methodologies. Experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, or operational modernization programs. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate business and technical concepts effectively. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or related certifications are considered an asset.
