About the role

  • Sales Development Representative building outbound and warm-lead pipeline for 8020REI’s AI-powered real estate analytics platform. Qualifying prospects, optimizing sales playbooks, and accelerating deals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume, strategic cold calling and multi-channel outreach to build net-new pipeline from scratch
  • Apply message discipline and ideal customer profile alignment to convert cold contacts into qualified opportunities
  • Re-engage warm leads, including past demo requests, stalled deals, and previously interested prospects
  • Conduct in-depth discovery using past interactions and prospect research to assess ideal customer profile alignment and buying intent
  • Identify opportunities to improve outbound and nurturing processes
  • Develop, refine, and document playbooks and outreach sequences for cold and warm outreach
  • Partner with Account Executives on follow-up for key deals and provide insights to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Analyze outreach and campaign performance data to identify trends, recommend strategies, and improve conversion rates
  • Help generate high-quality pipeline, strategize, mentor, and optimize the nurturing process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quota, particularly in outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is required
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (C1, C2, or Native level required)
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with senior-level prospects from a cold start
  • Expert-level proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach)
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
  • Strategic thinker who views challenges as opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience creating and refining sales playbooks for lead nurturing (nice to have)
  • Formal or informal experience mentoring junior sales professionals (nice to have)
  • Experience working with U.S. clients (nice to have)
