About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting Arc’teryx Brand Marketing leadership through scheduling, travel, events, and initiatives. Helping a global outdoor apparel company maximize executive and team impact.

Responsibilities

  • Exercise sound independent judgment and accountability in decision-making
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and remove obstacles
  • Build strong relationships across all levels
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and priorities
  • Navigate team and cross-functional dynamics professionally
  • Provide executive administrative support, including proactive scheduling and calendar management
  • Manage inboxes and draft correspondence
  • Organize international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Coordinate complex market visits
  • Develop agendas, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
  • Organize onsite/offsite meetings and team-building events
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for events
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on company-wide initiatives
  • Organize and submit expense reports
  • Represent the organization professionally and with integrity
  • Support leaders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Work toward professional development goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP-level or senior leaders
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong time management, judgment, and prioritization skills
  • Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Several years’ experience managing an Executive’s schedule end-to-end, including pre-reads, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Creative problem-solving and sense of urgency
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships across the organization
  • Effective communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and current with the latest Office tools
  • Interest in event management and ability to organize team events with attention to detail
  • Experience managing complex international travel, including multi-leg itineraries and frequent changes
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays to support a global business
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and doing what is right
