About the role

  • Pre-Sales Consultant for Wi-Fi and network solutions designing architecture and showcasing value to clients. Collaborating with sales and technical teams to address customer needs and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to articulate and position the business and technical value of our Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN, managed services and SaaS solutions.
  • Interact directly with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements and design solutions aligned to both.
  • Design and deliver technical demonstrations and proofs of concept tailored to customer use cases.
  • Lead technical responses to requests for proposal and requests for information (RFP/RFI), including solution design, scope definition and pricing inputs.
  • Produce high-quality customer deliverables such as solution proposals and statements of work (SOW).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering) to validate architectures, estimates and delivery approaches.
  • Stay current on networking, Wi‑Fi, SaaS and managed services trends and leverage this knowledge to enrich customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Wi‑Fi, LAN/WAN or enterprise networking, preferably in a pre-sales or solutions consulting role.
  • Strong hands-on technical skills capable of designing architectures and building demonstrations, not just conceptual knowledge.
  • Good understanding of SaaS, managed services, professional services and networking technologies.
  • Able to communicate confidently with both technical experts and business decision-makers, including executives.
  • Proven experience presenting value by linking technology choices to business outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual French/English is an asset.
  • Strong documentation, analysis and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
