About the role

  • Content Manager growing Digitail’s veterinary technology brand through platform-native video and social content. Editing, publishing, and capturing stories at clinics and industry events across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Own Digitail's social presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Produce short-form video including reels, YouTube Shorts, and behind-the-scenes clinic content
  • Create light animation, motion graphics, and visual content
  • Film, edit, and publish independently using tools such as CapCut, Descript, and Canva
  • Interview veterinarians, practice managers, and clinic staff to capture authentic stories
  • Develop and manage a content calendar covering product education, customer stories, humor, and thought leadership
  • Track reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, and pipeline correlations
  • Experiment with formats, hooks, and trends; discontinue ineffective content and expand successful content
  • Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and case studies into platform-native formats
  • Travel to veterinary conferences, trade shows, and customer clinics to film on-location content
  • Partner with events and customer success teams on content creation
  • Write customer case studies and contribute to the prospect newsletter
  • Support webinar planning, production, promotion, and post-event content repurposing
  • Use Claude, GPT, or similar AI tools in the content workflow

Requirements

  • Elite, hands-on video editing skills, including pacing, sound design, captions, and timing
  • Ability to independently create polished short-form video from raw footage
  • Strong social media expertise across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Demonstrable examples of posts, videos, or campaigns that grew an audience or drove engagement
  • Ability to create content natively for each social platform
  • Experience with motion graphics, basic animation, or visual design is a plus
  • Strong, witty writing skills for captions, hooks, CTAs, and community responses
  • Ability to write longer-form case studies and newsletters
  • Proficiency with Claude, GPT, or another LLM in everyday workflow
  • Self-starter able to manage calendars and deadlines independently
  • Willingness to travel across North America 10–20% to capture content at events and customer sites
  • Experience in healthcare, pet care, or a mission-driven consumer or B2B brand is a bonus
