About the role
- Accounts Payable Technician processing talent and corporate payments for Dulcedo, a multidisciplinary talent management agency. Managing invoices, payment inquiries, ERP records, and accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and execute talent payments according to schedules, contracts, and approval workflows
- Validate invoices, contracts, amounts due, and payments issued
- Serve as primary contact for talents regarding payment inquiries
- Identify and document discrepancies, missing documentation, and exceptions; escalate when required
- Maintain ERP system records, audit trails, and documentation
- Process corporate vendor invoices and payments with proper approvals, coding, and compliance
- Maintain complete and current accounts payable records
- Support backlog reduction and daily accounts payable efficiency
- Flag recurring issues and help improve processes, documentation, and standard responses
- Report to the Corporate Controller
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or financial administration
- Comfortable handling high volumes and structured operational workflows
- Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills
- Service-oriented approach with clear, professional communication
- Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and collaborative tools
- Experience with NetSuite is a strong asset
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable working within clear frameworks and escalating issues when needed
- Curious and motivated by process improvement and operational excellence
