About the role
- Inside Sales Appointment Setter booking qualified consultations for ProConnect, Renewal by Andersen’s window and door replacement center. Handling high-volume homeowner calls remotely.
Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners by phone
- Book qualified appointments for in-home Design Consultants
- Book 8–10 qualified appointments per day
- Complete 200+ calls per day
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural
- Build rapport quickly
- Handle objections professionally
- Connect homeowners with Design Consultants for in-home window and door replacement consultations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing, sales, service, call centre, appointment-setting, or phone-based role
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends
- Availability for either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday schedules
