About the role
- Deployment Strategist deploying ElevenLabs’ enterprise AI agent platform for Canadian customers. Translating customer workflows into AI-agent solutions and driving strategic deals to measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents
- Own flagship deals end-to-end, from identifying use cases through structuring commercial terms and driving deals to close
- Embed deeply with strategic customers as a trusted partner and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, production readiness, adoption, and impact
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally
- Present work results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into ElevenLabs' platform and models
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology
- Collaborate with customers' engineering and executive teams to bring agents to production and deliver measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity
- Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners
- Basic proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Adaptability across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
