Responsibilities
- Work across multiple projects to improve LLM performance on code tasks .
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent use cases (e.g., coding copilots, creative assistants).
- Evaluate and review model-generated code for accuracy, maintainability, and performance.
- Analyse and provide structured, written rationales for code quality and rankings.
- Collaborate with the client´s teams to identify edge cases and improve model behaviour .
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering.
- Must have worked full-time at a Top 50 Tech Company : Minimum 1 year if US-based Minimum 2 years if based elsewhere.
- Experience as a Software Engineer (not Data Scientist) in these companies.
- Proven expertise in full-stack development , including:
- Building production-ready applications
- Software architecture, design, and debugging
- Code quality and peer review practices
- Citizen or valid work permit holder in the country of residence.
- Strict No-Gos Candidates with experience only as Data Scientists.
- Contractor/part-time experience at top 50 companies, must have been employed there in the past.
- Candidates without valid work permits.
