Clinical Applications Specialist responsible for driving clinical and educational processes for GE HealthCare. Collaborating with clinical customers and enhancing relationships while managing training and technical education.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, schedule and deliver objective based system / feature training and education support for customer accounts over an extended period while demonstrating full range of product features, capabilities and benefits.
Execute training through rigorous implementation of skill checklists and assessments and drive thorough recording of outcomes.
Communicate results to broad constituency.
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
Advance new product (NPI) features and imaging techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation and ongoing training needs.
Act as focal point for modality / team, identify customer satisfaction issues and specialty training requests.
Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to standardize and optimize protocols and support our clinical education initiatives.
Requirements
Must have active CAMRT or OTIMRS professional clinical/technical certifications.
Current clinical/technical experience in hospital/clinic setting with demonstrated proficiency in the radiography modality.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively (including overnights & some weekends) within your specified geographic region and nationally, and into the US for internal training.
Ability to communicate effectively using local language (English), Bilingual French an asset.
Previous Clinical Applications or instructing experience an asset.
